Many times municipalities are faced with broken sewers, water mains, and water services, also collapsed roads due to the broken mains. They need qualified contractors to help access the problem and make the necessary repairs.

Northwest Michigan Contracting Inc. has met with municipalities and worked closely to understand the problem at hand. We have had the opportunity to repair these problems with top quality workmanship and integrity.

Municipalities have been faced with taking over sewers and water mains that have been improperly installed by unqualified contractors or developers.

Northwest comes highly recommended and has had the privilege to work with municipalities in these situations. We have been able to correct the problems and perform the work with top quality workmanship, materials and integrity.

Municipalities at times have to deal with “low bid” contractors that hurry to get the job done, and avoid quality workmanship. Also trying for every “extra”, they can to make up their losses. This creates additional pressure on the inspector and creates tension between the contractor and owner.

Northwest stands behind all their bids, and when performing a job they are not looking for every extra, but are completing the contract per plans and specifications with the highest quality performance at all times.
